I felt in love with the Leonberger very early
(because of being not a "Gentle Giant Dog" but a Swabian human)
and I had to wait a very long time until July 1985 for my first Leonberger,
Emil v. Muessenberg, called Teddy.

My hobbies are first of all my animals and all information available about animals, 
esp. the Leonberger.

Besides that - after we have been sometimes successful at shows -
we enjoy to attend expositions;
we met a lot of nice people and made some new friends on this occasions.

I'm also interested in research (book/reports e.g.) conc. dogs 
(health, character & obedience, breeding, genetics e.g.), 
and together with some friends I' m working on a Leonberger database and recently
I made a "Leonberger-Info-Brochure which is online, ready to view and read.
